Talent & People Development Lead (M/F)
About the company
Pysae is a SaaS software editor that designs and develops its solutions for public transport: real-time vehicle geolocation, passenger information, and operations management.
Our clients are the major operators in the sector — Transdev, Keolis, RATP — as well as organizing authorities and independent operators.
Driven by a market undergoing digital transformation, we are experiencing strong growth. After consolidating our positions in France, we are accelerating internationally, notably with the creation of our Italian subsidiary and the opening of new markets.
We are about forty people, based in Rennes, Paris, and Italy.
Your tasks
This is a newly created position. Your mission involves two key challenges: recruiting the talent Pysae needs to grow in France and internationally, and growing those who are already here.
You will act as a true business partner: alongside management to translate our growth ambitions into skill requirements, and alongside managers and employees to support them on a daily basis.
Recruitment France & International
- Build the recruitment plan with management and managers, and manage recruitment from end to end: defining needs, writing job offers, sourcing, interviews, closing
- Recruit diverse profiles — tech and product, deployment, sales — both in France and abroad
- Develop our network with schools and universities, particularly for our apprenticeship and internship recruitment
- Structure and tool our recruitment process (ATS, evaluation grids, candidate experience) and develop our employer brand and employee referral program
- Design and manage the onboarding journey for new arrivals, up to the end of their probation period
Skills and Career Development
- Support the evolution of our professions: anticipate the skills we will need tomorrow and build pathways to develop them
- Elaborate and manage the skills development plan, in connection with our OPCO and our training organizations
- Deploy annual and professional reviews, and turn them into real tools for progression
- Contribute to the construction of our career paths (management and expertise tracks) and support internal mobility, including international mobility
- Support managers in the development of their teams
Employee Experience
- Contribute to the culture of a multi-site and increasingly international company: internal communication, events, team rituals
- Monitor key HR indicators (recruitment lead times, turnover, training) and propose concrete actions
Requirements
- Higher education in HR, business school, or equivalent
- 4 to 10 years of experience in HR, including a significant portion in recruitment, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or software editor
- Experience recruiting tech and sales profiles; international recruitment experience is a real plus
- A business partner mindset: you know how to represent the interests of management and the company while remaining attentive to the teams
- Comfortable in fast-growing, fast-moving environments: you are flexible, autonomous, and eager to take part in an entrepreneurial adventure
- Fluent English is essential: part of your interviews will be conducted in English. Italian is a plus
