As (Senior) Manager Cyber Security at PwC Nederland in Amsterdam, you will provide direction to security strategy and governance for financial institutions at the C-level and coach a team of cybersecurity professionals.

What will you do?

• Advise on security strategy and translate this into roadmaps, governance, and operating models such as Three Lines of Defense
• Assess risks and threats and develop actionable measures at organizational and technological levels
• Lead and coach consultants, ensuring the quality of deliverables and management reports
• Build client relationships and contribute to propositions and business development
• Collaborate with technology partners (including Microsoft, Google) within a multidisciplinary team in the financial sector
• Work according to frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27000, and FS regulations such as DORA, DNB Good Practice, and EBA/EIOPA/ESMA guidelines

What is required?

• At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity/information security within the financial sector
• Knowledge of security strategy, governance, and operating models
• Experience with NIST CSF, ISO 27000, and relevant FS regulations such as DORA
• Demonstrable experience in C-level advisory and strong in stakeholder management
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus
