Role Framework:
- Accompanying companies in the planning, drafting, and implementation of option plans and stock-based compensation
- Writing and reading complex legal agreements (option plans, SPA, board resolutions)
- Submitting requests to the Tax Authority (rulings/tax decisions) and representing the company in hearings
- Advising global companies and employees on stock-based compensation and ongoing reporting
- Involvement in M&A transactions and reviewing the allocation component within the transaction
- Working with trustees, law firms, and other professional entities
Job Requirements:
- Lawyer license or CPA certification - Mandatory
- Min. one year of experience in the field - Mandatory
- High level of English - Mandatory
- Technological orientation and ability to use various AI tools - Mandatory
- Familiarity with the world of trustees and employee option plans - Advantage
- Legal/accounting analysis ability, precision and attention to detail, alongside excellent interpersonal skills
