Valuation Expert Wanted - Global Company, Tel Aviv.

An opportunity to join PwC Israel, the leading Big4 firm in Israel, and lead valuation projects for a wide range of clients, including high-tech companies, startups, venture capital funds, investment funds, public companies, and international corporations. The role is intended for a professional with significant experience in the field and offers work on transactions, financial reporting processes, and complex economic issues, while collaborating with experts in the fields of audit, tax, transactions, and consulting.

What does the role include?

• Accompanying clients and audit teams in various valuation projects as part of transactions, financial reporting processes, and complex business processes.
• Preparing valuations for financial reporting purposes in accordance with IFRS, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, purchase price allocations (PPA), and impairment tests.
• Ongoing work with senior management, CFOs, accountants, professional advisors, and various interfaces within the firm.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in the field of valuation; experience from the economic departments of the BIG4 and/or economic consulting firms - Mandatory.
• Deep mastery of valuation methodologies and building complex financial models.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing valuations for financial reporting purposes in accordance with IFRS, USGAAP, and Israeli standards, including, among others, purchase price allocations (PPA), impairment tests, financial instruments, and derivatives.
• Experience working with high-tech companies, startups, venture capital funds, investment funds, or public companies – Advantage.
• High level of English.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Master's degree - Advantage.
• CPA license and/or CFA – Significant advantage.
