Risk & Quality specialist

Your tasks

Implement and ensure compliance with the firm’s risk management (RM) standards, policies and procedures. Monitor ongoing compliance with firm and PwC Network standards, policies and procedures. Prepare regulatory and internal filings, reports and management information for firm leadership and the PwC Network. Coordinate and prepare the firm for internal and external quality reviews, including follow-up on findings and remediation actions. Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partners, the management team and staff on risk and quality matters. Communicate timely alerts, guidance and updates on risk and compliance developments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk management information on the internal portal. Support the development, documentation and continuous improvement of risk and quality processes and controls.

Requirements

Law or accounting qualification; experience with SOX requirements is preferred. Knowledge of privacy and data protection laws and regulations is a significant advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with senior management, partners, managers and staff. Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through. Demonstrated ability to initiate, define and implement processes, procedures and controls. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with systems, data and digital tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously. Strong logical reasoning, independent learning and clear articulation of complex matters. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
