Associate / Senior Associate | Quality & Technology Controls

The Quality Department is responsible for implementing global and local quality requirements, promoting professional standards, and supporting control processes within the organization.

As part of the role:

• Assisting in the implementation of global and local quality requirements.
• Supporting and monitoring cross-functional quality and control tasks.
• Supporting the management and control of professional and technological processes.
• Assisting in the management of the technological control framework.
• Working with a variety of interfaces within the organization to promote quality initiatives and process improvements.
• Participating in projects in the fields of quality, control, and innovation.

• 2-4 years of experience in the fields of audit, internal control, risk management, or a relevant field.
• Understanding of business processes and end-to-end controls.
• Familiarity with information systems audit and IT controls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional tasks and processes and work with multiple interfaces.
• High analytical skills and systemic vision.
• High level of English.

Advantage:

• Familiarity with ISQM1 and QC1000 standards.
• Experience in integrating AI tools into control and quality processes.
• Experience in the PMO, compliance, or quality management world.
