.PwC, a global leader in professional services, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Tax Group in Tel Aviv Key Responsibilities .Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding .Partner with managers on employee relations, retention, team culture, and people-related challenges Lead global HR processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews, and employee surveys Develop and implement employee well-being initiatives and manage the related budget Advise and support managers on people-related and managerial matters, helping them develop their leadership skills and achieve strong business performance

Your tasks

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides Experience with HR systems, especially Workday, is an advantage Knowledge of employment law and a high level of English
