Site Manager

Your tasks

• Lead and supervise on-site construction activities.
• Ensure that all work complies with construction drawings, project plans, technical specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Monitor project progress, work quality, and occupational health and safety.
• Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports for management.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Possess a Competency Certificate (SKK/SKA).
• Proficient in project management, Occupational Health and Safety (HSE), and construction quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to work on-site
