We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer specializing in Voice Transport and Cisco Data Center technologies to support its global manufacturing, engineering and corporate environments. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available voice and data center network infrastructure that supports enterprise operations, connected manufacturing plants and mission-critical applications. Key Roles and Responsibilities Voice Transport & Unified Communications Design, deploy, and support Voice Transport systems including SIP, RTP, SBCs, PRI gateways and VoIP infrastructure across global sites.

Manage and optimize Cisco Collaboration platforms (CUCM, CUBE, Unity, IM&P) for enterprise voice services.

Maintain dial plans, call routing, QoS policies, codec strategies and voice quality SLAs.

Integrate voice systems with WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS and cloud telephony platforms.

Conduct voice traffic analysis, capacity planning and performance tuning for manufacturing and corporate environments.

Architect and operate Cisco ACI fabrics supporting enterprise data centers, including multi-pod/multi-site deployments.

Manage Cisco Nexus platforms (9K/7K/5K), vPC, VXLAN, EVPN and spine-leaf architectures.

Ensure high availability, redundancy and disaster recovery readiness for DC network services.

Lead L2/L3 network design using BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF and advanced routing policies.

Implement QoS, traffic engineering and performance optimization across voice and data networks.

Manage DNS/DHCP/IPAM platforms (Infoblox preferred) for global network footprint.

Required Skills & Experience 10–20+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering with strong focus on voice transport and Cisco DC.

Hands-on expertise with Cisco ACI, Nexus platforms and DC fabric technologies.

Strong experience with VoIP, SIP, SBCs, CUCM, CUBE and voice quality optimization.

Deep understanding of routing protocols, QoS, multicast and network performance engineering.

Experience with Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM.

Proven experience supporting large-scale, multi-site enterprise networks (manufacturing/automotive preferred).

Strong documentation and architecture skills.

Preferred Certifications CCNP/CCIE (Routing & Switching, Data Center, Collaboration).

Cisco ACI Specialist certifications.

Voice/UC certifications (Collaboration track).
