SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

Qualifications/Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology or related field. With 1-2 years proven sales experience and account management. Background in a Digital Marketing agency is an advantage. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude. Basic math skills for processing transactions. With understanding of sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet sales goals. Ability to handle customer complaints and find solutions to issues. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
