DEBT COLLECTIONS OFFICER

Requirements

Minimum of a diploma in any field. 1 to 3 years of experience in debt collection, credit control, and Bank Loan Products. High degree of professionalism in debt collection. Be conversant with Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word. Have exposure in debt collection applications- CRM, Smartcollect.  Be fluent in both English and Kiswahili- written and spoken. Be a proven team player. Share an up-to-date CV highlighting key achievements.  List your references for our follow-up.  Prior experience in field visits and collections.

Key Skills and Competencies

Multitasking and time management skills. Knowledge of reference in legal requirements. Ability to work independently. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and accounting or ERP software.
