We are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent (m/f/d) at the Stuttgart location.

You are characterized by:
- a completed vocational training with an IT focus or equivalent qualifications
- knowledge in IT support
- very good German skills in speaking and writing

- accept incoming Mobile Device as well as Client Hard- and Software Incidents at 1st-level and perform troubleshooting
- participate in various IT projects for the further development of the system landscape
- install Client Software via Matrix 42
- document activities in the internal ticket system
