IT Intern

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. The intern will support day-to-day IT operations and assist with various IT projects, providing exposure to IT support, systems, hardware, software and digital solutions in a corporate environment.

Duration: 6 months Period: October 2026 – March 2027

Task 1: Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Interviews user to collect information about problem and leads user through procedures to determine source of error.

Task 2: Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related inquiries

Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or outsourced provider.

Task 3: Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems

Calls software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products. Installs personal computers, software, and peripheral equipment. Makes adjustments to computer systems or peripheral equipment as needed. Installs, configures, troubleshoots and responds to user concerns for desktops, laptops.

Task 4: Trains users on software and hardware on-site

Task 5: Ongoing projects and initiatives.

Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives. Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
