About the company

Puls-Lagebild is a Start-Up, which develops leadership-support software for government adjacent institutions. The company is looking for a person to take up the role of technical lead. Spearheading development and making critical architectural decisions. You will be working closely with the founders team and be involved in the whole startup process.

Your tasks

• Lead technical decision-making and architecture
• Coordinate development
• Write and review code to maintain delivery standards
• Align technical execution with project timelines

You will have aligned with the team on current technical priorities, taken ownership of ongoing development cycles, and established a steady cadence for technical reviews and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership or software engineering
• Proficiency in modern software development and system architecture
• Ability to guide projects independently in a remote environment
