Breakfast Waiter / Waitress (M/F)

PULLMAN PARIS MONTPARNASSE - Located in the heart of the new Gaîté Montparnasse center, the Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel features: 957 suites and rooms, 5000 square meters of meeting spaces, 2 restaurants (80 and 280 seats), a Lobby Bar, a 2.0 fitness center, a space dedicated to art, and the highest Rooftop in Paris with an exceptional view of the capital.

We are looking for waiters/waitresses for the UMAMI restaurant.

The Waiter/Waitress (M/F) participates in creating an unforgettable moment for guests through a "WOW" experience for all hot beverages. He/She is an active member of the restaurant during breakfast.

SKILLS & SOFT SKILLS:

• Hospitality school profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in Luxury hospitality and/or within high-capacity Brasserie-type restaurants
• Good command of English
• Good presentation and elocution (permanent contact with customers)
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work effectively in a team and sense of initiative

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures quality service in terms of both service and customer reception
• Participates in the setup of the point of sale
• Ensures the setting and clearing of tables
• Guides the customer and advises them on their choices
• Ensures the development of a constant and benchmark quality service
• Knows the restaurant's offering
• Applies the procedures and policies defined by the brand and the hotel
• Communicates with customers throughout the meal to ensure their satisfaction
• Transmits information in a clear, efficient, and professional manner to managers
• Helps orient new employees in their work area
