As Technology Department Head, you ensure the effective operation of your departments of responsibility, ensuring that all corporate goals are achieved and that your team operates smoothly and efficiently.
💼 Your daily routine:
Smooth Department Operation: You will ensure the smooth operation of your department, overseeing its daily activities, successfully implementing corporate goals, and directing your team effectively.
High Level of Customer Service: You will create a positive environment for customers, offering them excellent service that aims both at understanding their needs and at maximizing sales and profitability.
Maintenance and Promotion of Corporate Identity: You will maintain and promote the corporate identity, ensuring that the company's values and culture are reflected in every aspect of your department of responsibility. You will take care of the appearance and proper presentation of the department, ensuring it reflects the quality and prestige of the company.
Optimization of Competitive Advantage: You will actively contribute to optimizing the company's commercial competitive advantage, proposing solutions to strengthen our market position.
✨ We are looking for:
Higher Education Degree: A degree from a recognized educational institution (IEK/TEI/AEI).
2-3 Years of Experience in the Retail Industry: Experience in the retail sales industry, particularly in a related department and/or similar position, is considered essential.
Excellent Knowledge of Technology Products: Deep understanding and knowledge of Culture products is essential.
Team Leadership and Emergency Management Ability: Proven ability to lead a team and manage emergency situations successfully.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Programs: Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems (such as SAP or Navision) is considered useful.
Completion of Goals within Binding Timelines: Ability to work under pressure and complete goals within the predicted timelines.
Good Knowledge of the English Language: This knowledge will allow you to communicate effectively with people from different cultures.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability for effective communication and negotiation.
