As Deputy Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, aiming for an excellent customer experience, the efficiency of all departments, and the achievement of commercial goals. You are a key point of reference for the team, ensuring smooth daily operations and acting as a leader and a link between the Store Manager, the operational departments, and the head offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in the overall operation and performance of the store, taking on the coordination role when required.
• Ensures the smooth operation of all departments, coordinating Sales Lead roles and operational departments (Tech, Home, Entertainment, SDA, Operations).
• Has an active presence on the floor, overseeing store operations, guiding the team in real-time, and ensuring immediate and high-quality contact with the customer.
• Actively participates in the implementation of commercial plans, promotional activities, and Merchandising.
• Monitors key performance indicators (Sales, KPIs, Conversion, Average Basket, NPS, Stock Accuracy) and suggests improvement actions.
• Collaborates closely with central departments (Commercial, Operations, HR, Marketing, Logistics) for the smooth implementation of corporate actions.
• Supports the Store Manager in the management and development of the team, acting as a mentor and a point of reference for executives.
• Contributes to the training of new associates and to maintaining a high level of performance and service.
• Ensures compliance with store procedures, safety, hygiene, and operational rules.
• Coordinates, in collaboration with the Store Operations Manager, warehouse, cash desk, and inventory procedures.
• Acts as a substitute for the Store Manager when they are absent, ensuring continuity in operation, decision-making, and leadership presence in the store.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a management position in retail, ideally in multi-department stores.
• Leadership, coordination, and team mentoring skills.
• Very good knowledge of store operational procedures, commercial activities, and KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments and functions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Good knowledge of English.
