JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gold & Precious Metal Product Design: Conceptualize and create intricate artwork, micro-engravings, stamps, and physical concepts for gold bars, coins, festive editions, and custom bullion series.
- Packaging & Minting Compliance: Design luxury product packaging and prepare production-ready files complying with technical minting, stamping, and manufacturing specifications.
- Campaign & Marketing Assets: Create high-converting visual assets, including social media content, EDMs, print brochures, event collaterals, and digital ads.
- Multimedia & Motion Graphics: Produce engaging motion graphics, edited videos, and interactive digital media to support marketing campaigns.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Utilize generative AI design tools to accelerate prototyping, explore visual concepts, and optimize design execution efficiency.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure strict alignment with visual identity standards across all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams to bring design concepts into physical reality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Product Design, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Multimedia, Product, or Graphic Design (experience in luxury goods, jewelry, minting, or high-end packaging is a strong advantage).
- Technical & Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of physical manufacturing limits, pre-press standards, die-cut packaging, and minting/stamping constraints.
- Soft Skills: High precision, meticulous attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating physical product/packaging design, micro-engraving or 3D visuals, motion graphics, and marketing campaign materials.
SOFTWARE & TOOL PROFICIENCY
- 2D Design & Layout: Expert level in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- 3D Modeling & Engraving: Proficient or strongly familiar with Blender, Rhinoceros 3D, or Matrix / MatrixGold.
- Motion & Video Editing: Proficient in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro.
- Generative AI Tools: Hands-on experience using Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Adobe Firefly for workflow enhancement.
