Right Industrial Systems Engineering Pte Ltd (RISE) We design and build specialised wet-process equipment for semiconductor customers. We are deliberately building a younger, high-integrity engineering core to take ownership of existing tools and develop the next generation of platforms.

The Role Design, troubleshoot and commission electrical systems for our wet-process equipment. You will work hands-on with control panels, PLCs, sensors, safety interlocks and power distribution — both in the workshop and at customer sites when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update electrical schematics and control panels
• Select components and prepare BOMs
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and safety systems
• Support assembly, testing and commissioning
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues on the shop floor and in the field
• Work closely with mechanical engineers and technicians

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
• Preferably under 40 years old
• Strong practical experience with PLC systems, control panels and industrial electrical design
• Comfortable working hands-on on the shop floor
• Demonstrated ability to reason from first principles rather than only following existing methods
• High integrity and ownership mindset
• Genuine curiosity and drive to improve designs and processes
