Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

• Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
• Plan and assign transport jobs to drivers
• Monitor trucking progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer SLAs
• Communicate with drivers and handle their feedback and concerns
• Coordinate closely with customer service for all customer's trucking
• Ensure all drivers adhere to all safety regulations at all times
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Candidates with no prior working experience are also welcome to apply, with a willingness to learn
• Able to work well in a team, proactive, and self-motivated
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
• Able to start work at short notice
