Important company in the logistics sector is looking for an Operations Coordinator with experience in international freight forwarders (Freight Forwarder), capable of managing documentation, coordinating shipments, and maintaining effective communication with international agents and providers.
Your tasks
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES? Coordinate and follow up on international cargo operations.
Manage and verify logistics documentation, shipping instructions, and operational supports.
Maintain written communication with international agents and logistics providers, primarily in English.
Follow up on the status of shipments, identifying and reporting news, delays, and possible risks in a timely manner.
Update the operational and documentary information for each service.
Verify compliance with procedures, transit times, and established commitments.
Support cost control and the documentary closing of operations.
Requirements

We are looking for talent with attention to detail, service orientation, and the ability to guarantee timely follow-up of logistics operations.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? Technological or professional degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related areas.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly in international freight forwarder (Freight Forwarder) operations.
English level approximately 75%, with special emphasis on written comprehension and communication, to manage emails, operational instructions, and communications with international agents.
Documentary management and knowledge of international cargo operational processes.
Skills in organization, follow-up, analysis, communication, and attention to detail.
Important: For this position, it is fundamental to have specific experience in international cargo operations and good command of written English. If your experience corresponds exclusively to national logistics, local transport, or administrative areas without contact with international operations, the profile does not match the requirements.
