Your tasks
- Main Duties & Responsibilities (Bartender)
- Mixology & Beverage Creation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, mocktails, coffee, juice) according to standard recipes.
- Bar Management: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and sanitation of the bar area throughout operational hours.
- Stock & Inventory Control: Conduct regular checks on alcohol stock, fresh ingredients (fruits, syrups), garnishes, and bar equipment.
- Report re-stock requirements.Food Safety: Ensure all beverage ingredients are stored at the proper temperature and hygienically.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Job Criteria
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B Service as a Bartender or Server, preferably in a luxury resort, private villa, or high-end beach club in Bali.
- Mastery of basic bartending techniques, coffee knowledge (barista), and understanding of wine/spirit products.
- Fluent in English (spoken) for active communication with international guests. Able to work quickly, effectively under pressure, and with good time management.
- Positive attitude, honest, disciplined, and able to work well in an operational team.
- Willing to work on weekends or national holidays. Domiciled in Bali or willing to be placed in the Uluwatu, Badung area.
