Develop high-performance WebSocket servers for real-time data streaming.
Integrate TCP sockets using binary and text protocols.
Build event-driven streaming systems supporting thousands of concurrent connections.
Implement subscription-based streaming for market tickers, order books, trade feeds, and order updates.
Optimize latency, throughput, memory usage, and system reliability (auto-reconnect, retry, and fault tolerance).
Collaborate with Mobile and Frontend development teams.

✅ Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Backend Development, including at least 2 years of production experience with Golang.
Strong proficiency in Golang: goroutines, channels, context, concurrency patterns, memory management, and performance profiling.
Hands-on experience with WebSocket, TCP sockets, high-concurrency, and real-time streaming systems.
Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and pub-sub patterns.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing, transactions) and Redis (caching/session management).
Understanding of financial data integrity (decimal libraries), authentication, authorization, and data security.
Familiarity with Clean Architecture/DDD and SOLID principles.

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience in Fintech, Banking, Trading, or Securities.
Familiarity with FIX Protocol, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and binary protocol parsing.
Experience building low-latency, high-throughput, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, gRPC, and Kafka/NATS.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
