WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and supervise project execution from preparation through completion.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, and site implementation.
- Ensure construction and project activities align with approved designs, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues or project risks.
- Drive effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare accurate project progress reports and documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timeline, quality, and budget.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 💼 Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Supervision / Project Management.
- 🏬 Experience in retail, store development, or similar projects is highly preferred.
- 💻 Proficient in CAD/AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and MS Project.
- ⏱️ Comfortable working with tight project schedules while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- 🤝 Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- 📍 Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
- 🤝 Willing to work under third party contract management
