TikTok Shop & Fulfillment Operations Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the main PIC between NHD and the fulfillment partner.
- Monitor stock, inbound, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
- Monitor fulfillment SLA and follow up operational issues.
- Reconcile TikTok Shop stock with physical warehouse stock.
- Ensure fulfillment readiness before major campaigns.
- Support TikTok Shop daily operations when required.
- Coordinate and resolve fulfillment-related issues with the fulfillment partner.
