Job Description We are looking for a Live Streaming Oprator, ensuring high-quality broadcasts and achieving business targets. This role is responsible for technical set up and oprators optimizing live performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Technical Setup: Preparing and configuring hardware—such as cameras, microphones, lighting (ring lights), and tripods—as well as streaming software (e.g., OBS Studio or TikTok Live Studio).
- Network Stability: Ensuring a stable internet connection and monitoring the network to prevent broadcast interruptions.
- Supporting the Host: Assisting the main host (sometimes acting as a co-host) and helping to answer viewer questions or comments in the chat section in real-time.
- Product Management: Preparing and arranging the products or promotional materials to be showcased during the broadcast.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Analyzing live streaming performance (such as viewer count, retention, and sales) and generating regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in live streaming oprator
- At least 1 year of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
