Management Trainee

We are urgently looking for a proactive and target-driven Marketing Staff to promote and lease commercial spaces by identifying prospective tenants, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective tenants, respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and/or face-to-face meetings
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective tenants
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and agreements with prospective and existing tenants
• Prepare leasing documents (Letter of Offer (LOO), Lease Agreement (LA), Termination Notice, etc)
• Monitor lease expiry dates and follow up on lease renewals
• Achieve leasing targets and contribute to maximizing property occupancy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property leasing, sales, marketing, or commercial real estate. Experience in office buildings is preferred
• Well-groomed with strong professional etiquette
• Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and service oriented
