Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform mobile phone troubleshooting, inspection, and diagnosis to identify hardware and software issues.
2. Conduct mobile phone repairs and component replacements in accordance with established technical procedures.
3. Perform functional testing and quality checks after repairs to ensure devices operate properly.
4. Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts usage, and service activities.
5. Ensure all repair activities comply with company SOPs, technical standards, and safety procedures.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and repair tools.

Requirements

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SMK graduate, preferably majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a mobile phone technician is preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
4. Willing to be placed at the vivo Service Center in Roxymas, Jakarta.
5. Willing to comply with company policies, work procedures, and established SOPs.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
