DAILY WORKER – WAITRESS

📍 Placement: Be Tu Na – Sirip Kuning, Denpasar, Bali

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Daily Worker Waitress to support our restaurant operations and provide excellent dining experiences for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar position is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with guests.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to provide excellent customer service and handle guest requests politely.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work on a daily worker basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably domiciled in Denpasar or nearby areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them according to company standards.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Provide menu information and assist guests with their requests.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, and Floor teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness, personal grooming, and service standards in accordance with company SOPs.
• Respond to guest feedback and report complaints or operational issues to the Supervisor.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
