Bottom Chemical Engineering

Job Overview: Managing, controlling, coaching and counseling for JVB Operation Chemical Engineering Team and assisting production on process control and qualify consistency, so that all process can be running well.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Caring for OSH Management System and Environment
• Handling specific Bottom Chemical Engineering projects from NLO / PCC / transferring facilities
• Supporting resources to CE issues in Development / Commercialization / Mass Production
• Support categories in problem related to CE solving, act as CE expert for Categories in bottom (Rubber, IP dan PU) CE issues
• Provide constructive Chemical Engineering feedback with options and suggestions in production. Identify critical quality issues, engage production technical personnel in discussions to resolve issues in a timely manner which potential risks that may affect product quality or delivery timelines
• Create standard process follow Best Practice / time constrain / BPFC
• Ensure that all chemical is safe to use, workable and follow Nike standard practice
• Monitor and control project team and categories readiness, and its on time completion / implementation
• Follow company program:

o Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system. o Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirements :

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
• Minimum 18 Years Old.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Chemical Engineering
• Required language: English.
• At least 3-5 year working experience in footwear bottom chemical engineering.
• Knowledges: Understanding about bottom manufacturing processes and chemical function, Understanding about CE standards and workflows, Understanding about Nike standard PFC and process time constraint.
• Skills: Have Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Time management skills, Problem solving skills, Data collecting and analyzing skills
• Personality or Character: Craft with Precision, Prioritize Quality, Honor Our Planet, Pursue Sustainability, Rooted in Talent, Creating the Future
• Understanding vission mission company and safety policy.
• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment.
