Job Description

• Perform periodic servicing and vehicle repairs according to company standards and procedures.
• Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of damage to engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and transmission.
• Perform replacement of damaged components according to work procedures.
• Perform inspections of vehicle condition and feasibility before and after use.
• Create reports related to the results of vehicle maintenance, inspection, and repair.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area.
• Ensure the use of tools and equipment complies with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure vehicles are ready for use according to operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum graduate of SMK Teknik Alat Berat, Teknik Otomotif, or a relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Technician/Mechanic, preferably from the automotive, vehicle, manufacturing, or machinery industry.
• Have good experience and understanding in performing maintenance and repair of cars, trucks, buses, or similar vehicles.
• Understand the basics of diagnosis and troubleshooting for engine, electrical, brake, suspension, and transmission systems.
• Able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Accustomed to performing administrative tasks such as creating reports and performing data entry.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to deliver material or perform presentations well.
• Able to communicate and cooperate with teams as well as customers/clients.
• Physically and mentally healthy and do not have visual impairments.
• Willing to undertake business trips, including on weekends and national holidays.
