IT Business Analyst (E-Commerce)

4+ years of experience as BA in banking industry
- Experience in identifying and documenting user's business/functional needs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing FSD/TSD, including business process modelling, use case & user story writing, and data modelling.
- Experience of working with waterfall (mandatory) and agile (optional) methodology
- Experience in Contact Center/CRM/AI project is a plus
- Excellence written and verbal communication
- Flexible - keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain knowledge
