Fullstack Engineer (Golang + Java Script & React Native)

Experience

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Fullstack Engineering.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Backend Skills

• Strong proficiency in Golang, with excellent knowledge of Go syntax and programming concepts.
• Familiarity with MVC, c, and/or SOLID coding principles.
• Experience or good understanding of building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Understanding of application deployment in containerized environments, such as Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of basic security concepts, including JWT, HTTPS, signature verification, and public/private key pairs.
• Good understanding of basic data structures, including maps, slices, and arrays.
• Understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels in Go.

Frontend Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with excellent knowledge of syntax and programming concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React Native, and state management tools.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering well-tested applications.
• Familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3; knowledge of Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration into frontend applications.
• Understanding of various browser storage mechanisms.
• Experience using Browser Developer Tools for debugging.
• Understanding of the React component lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks and Custom Hooks.
• Good understanding of React state management.
• Familiarity with Next.js and its project structure is a plus.

Collaboration & Development Practices

• Basic proficiency with Git commands, including add, clone, commit, merge, pull, and push.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-structured code.

Education & Additional Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working in banking, fintech, or digital payment industries is a plus.
• Understanding of conventional, Islamic/Sharia banking, and/or digital banking product lifecycles is highly preferred.
