- Manage Indonesian tax calculations, reconciliations and statutory submissions, coordinating with external tax advisers and auditors as needed.
- Oversee payroll, employee statutory contributions and related reconciliations in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain internal controls, approval procedures and audit-ready records. Protect confidential financial information and ensure appropriate system access and data safeguards.
- Guide accounting staff, review their work and improve finance processes while meeting reporting deadlines.

- Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. You must be able to explain financial results and communicate effectively with local colleagues and Singapore headquarters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with more than five years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Experience taking responsibility for a full set of accounts and coordinating or supervising accounting staff.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian taxation, payroll obligations and applicable Indonesian financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups and financial analysis.
