Operational Manager (Domisili Bali)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operational Manager or similar role (F&B or retail preferred)
• Strong understanding of daily operations, SOP implementation, and workflow management
• Proven experience in managing teams, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Able to analyze operational performance, costs, and efficiency
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple outlets or departments
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Proficient in basic reporting and operational documentation
• Willing to work flexible hours when required
