Solution Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Discovery & Value Shaping: Run discovery with stakeholders, capture goals, constraints, and measurable success criteria, draft solution options with clear recommendations aligned to business outcomes.
• Architecture & Prototyping: Prototype and evaluate solution options; optimize patterns (workflow orchestration, integration pipelines) and validate assumptions with measurable POCs.
• Documentation: Write delivery docs, HLD, LLD, test plan, rollback plans, and runbooks.
• Plan & Supervise Pilots: Coordinate implementation, validate exit criteria, assess risks, iterate design.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with teams across engineering and business to land real use cases and scale them into reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Provide excellent stakeholder communication, manage expectations, and capture feedback to refine solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Min. 2 years of strong software development experience.
• A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher (on a 4.00 scale).
• Proficiency in Python for building AI or backend systems; Golang is a plus.
• Solid CS fundamentals - algorithms, data structures, networking, systems, and architecture.
• Experience with backend development and cloud-ready services (e.g., APIs, databases, queues).
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, OpenAI APIs).
• RAG concepts; experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS/Weaviate/Pinecone) and embeddings.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity with curiosity and creativity.
• Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
