Lead and manage Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE teams.
Set technical standards, priorities, and platform direction.
Ensure production systems are reliable, scalable, and operationally efficient.
Oversee production readiness reviews, change management, and major platform upgrades.
Lead incident response and coordinate cross-functional technical teams during critical issues.
Drive automation initiatives and AI-assisted operational improvements.
Maintain infrastructure roadmaps, capacity planning, and platform standardization.
Coach, mentor, and develop engineers while supporting hiring and onboarding activities.
Collaborate closely with Security, Product, Project, and Customer Operations teams.
Monitor platform performance, reliability, and operational health.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Strong expertise in Linux, Virtualization, Networking, Kubernetes, and Container Platforms.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Configuration Management (Ansible).
Solid understanding of SRE principles, including SLI/SLO, Monitoring, Alerting, Incident Management, and Capacity Planning.
Experience managing production environments, system upgrades, backups, patching, and disaster recovery activities.
Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting for automation.
Familiarity with AI-assisted operational tools and best practices.
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with Kafka, databases, distributed systems, or certifications such as CKA/RHCE is a plus.
