TREASURY & ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE STAFF

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Experience in Treasury, Account Receivable, or Finance.
3. Basic understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and account receivable processes.
4. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
5. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
7. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
8. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Willing to work at KIT Batang.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor daily cash flow and banking transactions.
2. Process customer payments and maintain accurate account receivable records.
3. Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
4. Prepare bank reconciliations and treasury reports.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding payment matters.
6. Maintain financial records and support month-end closing activities.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
