E-Commerce Specialist

About the company

For Brand YuyuAddict (specialist corset premium) is responsible e-commerce operations to drive traffic, conversion, and overall revenue growth. This role requires a sense of high business ownership & brand ownership with a blend of sharp analytical skills and creative campaign strategy

Your tasks

• E-commerce Strategy: Manage and optimize performance across various marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) and the company’s official website.

• ROI/ROAS Optimization: Ensure every Rupiah spent on advertising generates maximum returns in accordance with company targets.

• Data Analysis: Monitor daily KPIs, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, and compile weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Team Leader: Lead and mentor the sub-cordinate Team, including Ads Specialists, E-commerce Admins, KOL, Live Team, Affliate

• Cross-divisional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Team including, Creative, Social Media & Content Creator and other Division.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Digital Marketing/E-commerce, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior position.

Technical Skills

• High proficiency in operating Marketplace Seller Center dashboards and ads.

• Advanced Excel Skills: Must be proficient in complex data analysis, such as data modeling and forecasting, building upon the foundational skills seen in administrative tests (e.g., Pivot Tables and data filtering).

• Analytical Ability: Capable of reading market trends and translating raw data into concrete marketing & sales strategies.

• Attention to Detail: Possess a sharp eye for detail—equivalent to the high standards of accuracy shown in the advanced administrative tests—to minimize errors in ads budget inputs and promotion settings.
