Your tasks

As a Public Relations Specialist focusing on Corporate Communication (Mandarin Speaker), you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective communication strategies both within and outside the organization. Key responsibilities include managing relations to ensure a positive representation of the company in the eyes of the public and relevant authorities. You are also expected to carry out Relationship Building and Customer Relationship Management through a personal and professional Client Relations approach. In addition, this role demands sharp Public Speaking and Presentation Skills in delivering information to stakeholders, as well as an in-depth understanding of Public Policy to anticipate the impact of regulations on company operations. Public Services skills are also required to maintain high service standards and to be responsive to the needs of the community and clients.
