PROJECT & PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (GARMEN)
About the Role We are looking for a Project & Production Coordinator to connect our Singapore Project Team with our Batam Production Team. You will help turn project requirements into clear production instructions, keep information and tasks organised, and follow up to help projects finish on time with minimal errors and unnecessary costs.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and maintain production forms and references based on designs, measurements and project requirements.
- Check project details and clarify missing or unclear information before production begins.
- Coordinate requirements, materials, samples and production updates between Singapore and Batam teams
- Track project progress, deadlines and delivery arrangements, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Work with Design, Production and QC teams to address issues and communicate approved changes.
- Keep project documents, samples and production references organised and up to date.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in garment/apparel production, merchandising, sample development or project coordination. Related education is an advantage, but equivalent experience is welcome.
- Basic understanding of fabrics, materials, measurements and production processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of follow-up.
- Able to read designs or reference images and turn requirements into clear instructions.
- Good written and spoken English for communication with the Singapore team.
A Plus, Not a Must Experience with costumes, mascots, plush/soft toys, production submission forms, garment decoration (such as printing or embroidery), or software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CLO3D
