Project Coordinator (Data Center Project) (Project Based)

Site Coordinator (Data Center Project) (Project-Based 6 Months) This project is an initiative organized by PT Teknologi Digital Terpadu, partnering with PT Telinco Networks Indonesia as the main contractor, leveraging their extensive experience in technology and telecommunications infrastructure.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant major.
• Min. 2 years experienced in Leading Project
• Experienced in coordinating MEP installations, preferably within data centers, critical facilities, or high-rise industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and BIM/AutoCAD coordination.
• Proven track record in supervising subcontractors, managing material delivery sequences.
• Solid knowledge of HSE protocols and Method of Procedures.

Job Description :

• Supervise day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing site activities to ensure work aligns precisely with approved engineering drawings and specs.
• Monitor field timelines, coordinate daily task sequences, and report onsite progress to prevent construction delays.
• Act as the first line of defense to troubleshoot spatial clashes, technical issues, and resource bottlenecks directly on the construction floor.
• Inspect field operations daily to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols (HSE) and Method of Procedures to mitigate operational risks.
• Act as the primary onsite link between sub-contractors, supervisors, and vendors.
