L2 System Engineer

• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving within software/systems.
• ⁠Strong written and verbal English communication skills, able to collaborate with global engineering teams.
• ⁠Proficiency in Linux environments with the ability to use common commands and perform operations.
• ⁠Basic knowledge of SQL database queries to retrieve system data effectively.
• ⁠Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting tasks.
• ⁠Basic understanding of Java/HTML and Windows command scripting.
• ⁠Familiarity with banking payment systems and processes is a plus.
