We’re Hiring — Social Media Officer

TAV Digital Pro is looking for a Social Media Officer to join our growing creative team in Bali.

We’re looking for someone who understands social media, has a strong sense of content and communication, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content that connects with audiences and supports our clients’ brands.

As our Social Media Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing social media activities across multiple brands, working closely with our Creative, Graphic Design, and Production teams to create relevant and engaging content.

What you’ll do

1. Plan and manage social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals
2. Create clear creative briefs and gather references for design and video teams
3. Research trends and generate content ideas to boost engagement
4. Monitor performance and provide insights for improvement
5. Schedule and optimize content across platforms
6. Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new strategies

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or a related creative field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
• Good writing and communication skills
• Strong understanding of content trends and social media culture
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or creative agencies is a plus

• We’re not necessarily looking for someone who already has years of experience as a Social Media Officer. We’re looking for someone who understands social media, is proactive, takes ownership of their work, brings fresh ideas, and is ready to grow with the team.
