Specific Competency

• Proficient in operating audio systems (mixer, amplifier, speakers, microphones, wireless systems)
• Experience with lighting control (basic DMX/lighting console) and stage/ambient lighting setup
• Able to operate projector, LED screen/TV display, and video playback or switching
• Basic knowledge of sound check, cable management, and equipment troubleshooting
• Familiar with live music, DJ, or event setup is a plus
• Basic video/content editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, Canva) is a plus
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in AV, event production, or hospitality venue

Job Description

• Set up, operate, and maintain audio, lighting, and visual equipment for daily operations and special events
• Run sound checks and coordinate with performers, DJs, and event teams before each show
• Manage background music and visual content playback according to the venue's mood and schedule
• Support event execution (themed nights, private events, brand activations), including setup and teardown
• Perform routine checks, cleaning, and storage of equipment; report any damage or maintenance needs
• Coordinate with the Operations, Marketing, and Service teams to align AV needs with event concepts
• Follow safety and SOP standards for equipment and electrical use
