IT Support (Store)

PT. Swalayan Sukses Abadi (TheFoodhall Supermarket) is seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Support (Store) to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of store IT systems and networks, providing technical support to end-users, and maintaining hardware and software performance to support daily business operations.

This position will be based at TheFoodhall Pondok Indah Mall.

• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks and providing technical support to users
• Familiar with IT Support, such as monitoring and maintaining all company computer systems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and solving technical issues.
• Ability to determine IT needs, provide IT assistance, and train end-users
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or any related field
• Having min. of 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist, preferably from retail industry
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills
