Barista – Coffee Section (Supermarket)

About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our in-store coffee team! As part of our supermarket’s coffee section, you’ll be the go-to person for crafting delicious beverages and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve all types of coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
2. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
3. Restock coffee products and assist with merchandising.
4. Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
5. Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards during operations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum high school graduate (SMU/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and beverage innovation.
3. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
4. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
