Senior HR Recruitment

🔎 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview, assessment, selection, negotiation, to offering.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels to achieve manpower requirements, hiring targets, and SLA.
• Partner with Hiring Managers/Users to understand manpower needs and ensure the right talent is identified and selected.
• Lead and monitor the Recruitment Team, including recruitment performance, pipeline, fulfillment rate, lead time, and continuous improvement.
• Manage onboarding, training, coaching & mentoring programs and prepare recruitment & training reports for management.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with strong experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, sourcing strategy, interviewing, assessment, and negotiation.
• Experienced in managing recruitment targets, SLA, recruitment metrics, and hiring pipelines.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience in IT/Technology or Outsourcing recruitment is highly preferred.
