Graphic Designer & Video Editor
SWIDYA is recruiting on behalf of our client, a premium international hospitality and tourism company based in Bali. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create engaging visual content across digital marketing channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about design, storytelling, video production, and delivering high-quality visual experiences for an international audience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design creative assets for social media, digital advertising, websites, email marketing, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Produce motion graphics, GIFs, and simple animations to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Edit and enhance photographs, including colour correction and image optimisation.
- Create responsive visual assets for websites and email campaigns.
- Ensure all creative materials are consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Organise and maintain digital assets, templates, and project files.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver creative projects on time.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role (Previous experience in hospitality or event management will be an advantage).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent creative software.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media, websites, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to receive constructive feedback.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills are required.
- Applicants must currently reside in Bali or be willing to relocate before commencing employment.
Nice to Have : Experience or knowledge in any of the following will be an advantage:
- Motion graphics and animation
- Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Figma, or CapCut
- Hospitality, tourism, travel, scuba diving, or underwater photography
- Website or email marketing design
