Export Import (EXIM) Staff

SunGold Palm is a rapidly growing commodity trading company based in Singapore. We are currently looking for young, energetic, and motivated candidates to join our team at our Tangerang Branch, located in Jatake Industrial Estate.

Job Responsibilities : As an Export Import (EXIM) Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the company's export activities, including:

1. Handling export-related activities and documentation.
2. Preparing and checking export shipping documents accurately and properly.
3. Handling and communicating with customers regarding export shipments.
4. Coordinating export shipping documentation and related requirements.
5. Ensuring export documents are complete and properly prepared.
6. Supporting the EXIM team in daily export and shipping activities.
7. Communicating with relevant parties regarding export shipments and documentation.

Requirements : We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

1. Maximum 28 years old.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the EXIM division.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Able to communicate in written and spoken English at a basic to fluent level.
5. Able to handle customers professionally.
6. Able to handle and prepare export shipping documents.
7. Proficient in preparing export shipping documentation.
8. Young, energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
9. Able to work effectively as part of a team.
